WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD

Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a designated team within the Distribution Center, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods to meet operational goals and customer expectations. Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of distribution center associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Allocate tasks and prioritize work assignments to optimize efficiency and meet production targets. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and team activities. Collaborate with other team leaders and management to streamline processes and improve overall DC operations. Operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and physical inventory. Communicate effectively with associates, supervisors, and other departments Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Skills: Leadership & Team Management Organizational & Time Management Communication & Interpersonal Skills Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Microsoft Office Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Inventory Control & Cycle Counting Safety Regulations & Compliance Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years or more Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment. 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
