A confidential wealth‑management firm is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to support financial advisers and the clients who depend on them. This position combines client interaction, complex account service, and financial‑planning support, with opportunities to develop toward broader advisory responsibilities. Wealth Management Associate Kohler, WI | Onsite | $60,000–$72,000 DOE | Benefits Your role Help clients complete account requests and keep them informed along the way. Coordinate service and documentation for trusts, estates, and multi-entity accounts. Gather information for financial plans and organize materials for advisor meetings. Track action items and coordinate the implementation of client strategies. Keep client information accurate across account systems and CRM records. Contribute ideas that improve service and help colleagues work more effectively. Your background A strong foundation in financial‑services operations, account administration, and client service. Ability to handle detailed or complex account situations and recognize when advisor guidance is needed. Strong organization and the ability to follow through on multiple priorities. Professional communication and discretion with sensitive client information. Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and financial‑planning software. Ability to work onsite in Sheboygan. Experience with advisor meeting preparation, financial‑planning support, or mentoring colleagues is helpful. Relevant securities licensing is a plus.
