Senior HVAC Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview
We are looking for a veteran Senior Project Manager in Dallas to lead large-scale commercial mechanical projects. You will be the point person from the initial preconstruction phase all the way through the final walkthrough.

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of major commercial HVAC projects.
- Direct project teams and coordinate closely with subcontractors and vendors.
- Build and track detailed project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
- Keep everyone safe by strictly enforcing site standards and building codes.
- Handle contract negotiations and manage change orders fairly and efficiently.
- Resolve field issues and technical bottlenecks before they delay the job.
- Provide regular, honest updates to clients and internal leadership.
