Digital Education Assistant Manager Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Digital Education Assistant Manager to support the coordination, production, and execution of virtual education programs for a leading professional beauty organization. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing event details, producing live virtual sessions, and keeping administrative operations running smoothly.

In this position, you will serve as a key operational backbone for learning initiatives, balancing live Zoom event production with Salesforce data management, class logistics, and cross-functional partner collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce virtual education events, including live Zoom facilitation, presenter support, and technical troubleshooting.

• Manage class scheduling, bookings, registration details, and education records within Salesforce and administrative systems.
\n
• Track attendance, ticket sales, cancellations, event deadlines, and key performance metrics.
\n
• Maintain data accuracy, prepare operational reports, and format files for bulk event uploads.
\n
• Collaborate with educators, brand partners, and internal teams to coordinate class content, materials, schedules, and logistics.
\n
• Review online education listings to ensure class information, pricing, and content remain accurate across platforms.
\n
• Coordinate product orders, class supplies, shipments, and marketing assets such as class flyers.
\n
• Support financial processes including invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking.
\n
• Assist with in-person education programs, trade shows, and special events, including occasional reimbursed travel.
\n

What You'll Bring

\n
• 1–3 years of experience in education administration, event coordination, training operations, or program administration.
\n
• Hands-on experience producing or facilitating virtual events, webinars, or live online training sessions via Zoom.
\n
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
\n
• Proven track record of managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and handling data reporting.
\n
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
\n
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Clearwater, FL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) with flexibility for occasional event travel.
