Position Overview

We invite a knowledgeable and empathy-driven Sonography / Ultrasound Tech to join our vibrant imaging team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound exams, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during procedures by communicating each step with patience and care
• Work alongside radiologists and referring doctors to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any issues that arise
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in the electronic medical system
• Keep updated with innovations in ultrasound imaging and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a comparable field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Exceptional technical skill in sonographic imaging methods and patient positioning
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
