During the school year, you'll work with our One Afterschool Program and Heritage School . During school breaks, you'll transition into our Kids FUN Camp , creating a consistent, year-round opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Help ensure safe and dependable school pickups
• Guide homework and structured daily routines
• Lead games, activities, recreation, and enrichment
• Help children build confidence, responsibility, respect, and kindness
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Communicate professionally with parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment
• Help wherever needed to support the children and team
• Transition into Kids FUN Camp during school breaks

You do not need to teach martial arts. We have a separate professional martial arts team for that.

Position & Benefits

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment: Year-Round
Location: Millbrae, CA 94030

The position begins at approximately 30 hours per week , with the opportunity to grow toward 40 hours as training is completed and responsibilities expand.
