Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges through face-to-face or virtual interactions, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique circumstances. Develop personalized service plans that encompass achievable goals, specific interventions, and methods for progress monitoring, creating a roadmap for client success. Provide compassionate counseling and support to individuals and families facing a range of life challenges, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth. Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored plans and connect them with appropriate community resources, empowering them to navigate their challenges effectively. Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure clients' immediate needs are met with empathy and responsiveness. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
