Je suis Romain Franck, Consultant Exécutif chez Fed Legal, spécialisé dans le recrutement de profils juridiques et fiscaux. Je recherche pour l'un de mes clients, Groupe de distribution en fort développement, un(e) Fiscaliste Corporate, justifiant d'une expérience sur un poste similaire d'au moins 3 ans.
Notre client est un groupe international en forte croissance, avec un réseau de plusieurs centaines de points de vente et plusieurs plateformes logistiques à travers l'Europe. Porté par des acquisitions régulières et une organisation en constante évolution, le groupe a fait de la fiscalité un sujet stratégique : flux importants, activités internationales, problématiques de TVA complexes.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière Groupe, vous intégrez une équipe fiscale resserrée où chacun intervient sur des sujets très variés plutôt que sur une seule spécialité. Vous devenez un véritable partenaire des opérationnels.
Vos missions variées et transverses s'articulent autour de l'ensemble des problématiques fiscales du Groupe : contrôle fiscal, déclarations et conformité réglementaire, structuration de filiales étrangères, TVA sur des flux internationaux, impôt sur les sociétés, optimisation fiscale, réponses à l'administration fiscale.. Vous jonglez avec des sujets techniques variés, dans un environnement où les priorités évoluent vite.
Vous êtes régulièrement sollicité(e) par des comptables, contrôleurs de gestion, juristes ou managers métiers non fiscalistes : votre capacité à traduire des sujets techniques en recommandations claires et pragmatiques fait la différence.
L'environnement est international, avec des interlocuteurs situés dans plusieurs pays européens, un anglais professionnel est nécessaire pour échanger avec eux.
De Formation supérieure en Fiscalité / Comptabilité / Économie (Bac+5 et/ou DCG/DSCG) vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Fiscaliste, idéalement sur un poste généraliste

* Curiosité intellectuelle, capacité à monter rapidement en compétence et à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
