Compensation: Base Pay + Commission & Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time
Are you outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about sales? Join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative and help connect customers with top-tier products in a dynamic retail environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in retail locations to promote and sell products.
- Educate potential customers on product benefits and features.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while driving brand awareness.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain product displays and ensure retail locations are well-stocked.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing personality - You love talking to people and building relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset - You’re motivated by commissions and hitting targets.
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
- Reliable transportation to travel within the Central IL area.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
