Responsibilities Conduct clinical evaluations of patients under Physician orders and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver exceptional patient care aimed at helping individuals reach their optimal level of function. Collaborate and communicate effectively with therapy team members and assist therapy assistants. Ensure accurate documentation and billing processes are followed. Adhere to Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook standards. Participate in the Incite Corporate Compliance Program. Demonstrate clinical competency across all therapy procedures delivered. Engage in Quality Assurance initiatives as assigned. Contribute as an active member of the interdisciplinary team within the facility. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited therapy program. Current PTA license in the state of practice. Current TB skin test.
