What You'll Do

As a Pavement Maintenance Technician, you'll help improve and protect commercial properties through services like:

• Parking lot striping
• Crack filling
• Sealcoating
• Asphalt repairs
• Warehouse floor markings
• Site preparation and equipment operation

No two days are exactly the same, and your work will be visible across the community.

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift equipment/materials and stay active throughout the day
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland
• Athletes and Veterans encouraged to apply
• Experience in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trades is a plus — but we can train the right person

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
