Registered Nurse

$2325.60/week - Job Summary: Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure the well-being and safety of residents through clinical assessments and treatment planning. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and progress, reporting any concerns promptly. Develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Document all clinical activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide patient education and support to residents and their families. Qualifications: Hold an active RN or LPN license valid in the state. Possess at least one year of experience in a MedSurg or LTC setting. Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
