Customer Service Representative - Duraco FlexPack

This role is for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day work that keeps customers satisfied and orders moving accurately. As a Customer Service Representative at Duraco FlexPack, you'll spend your days managing order details, responding to customer questions, coordinating shipments, tracking issues, and making sure nothing is missed. If you prefer predictable routines, limited interruptions, or narrowly defined tasks, this likely won't be the right role for you.

Your work will include regular communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams, often juggling multiple priorities at once. You'll be responsible for processing orders correctly, following up on samples and shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping shared spaces like the sample room organized. Some days are smooth; others involve fixing problems, responding quickly, and stepping in where help is needed-including hands-on tasks when required.

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters. Mistakes affect customers, production, and delivery timelines, so comfort with systems like ERP software and Excel is essential. You'll be expected to manage your own work, speak up when something doesn't look right, and suggest practical improvements rather than waiting for direction. Teamwork is important, but so is personal accountability.

This role tends to suit people who like being busy, can stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly and professionally, and don't mind switching between desk work and operational support as needed. Hourly range for this position is between $22.00 - $27.00 depending on skillset and qualifications.
