Hybrid Bilingual Customer Service Representative

C&S has immediate openings for full-time, direct hire Hybrid Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Jefferson City. Must live within commuting distance from Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Hybrid Customer Service Representative: $17.50/hr. + full benefit package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (No holidays or weekends); 2 days remote, 3 days in Jefferson City office

Responsibilities for Hybrid Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

assisting participants with questions regarding claims and benefits
relaying information regarding policies and procedures
documenting contacts as required

must reside within commuting distance from Jefferson City
must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
excellent communication and customer service skills
must have strong, reliable internet service
basic office and phone skills
previous customer service experience preferred
