Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments, encompassing physical exams and detailed medical histories

• Provide in-surgery support, ranging from preparing operating rooms to ensuring patient positioning and managing instruments during procedures

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a surgical concentration is highly desirable

Certification Standards

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
