Corporate Finance & Debt Capital Markets Associate

Overview The practice focuses on commercial finance and debt capital markets. Candidates should have experience with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds, or with borrowers entering into broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities, including acquisition financings, ABLs, and venture debt. The practice assists leading technology and growth companies, from venture-backed startups to public market leaders. Posting details Our corporate finance group is seeking an associate with 1–5 years of experience in commercial finance and/or debt capital markets to join our Palo Alto, San Francisco, or New York office. Ideal candidates will have experience with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds, and/or with borrowers entering into broadly syndicated, club, and bilateral corporate credit facilities (including acquisition financings, ABLs, and venture debt). You will join a fast-paced, innovative practice – assisting leading technology and growth companies, from venture-backed startups to public market leaders. Strong academic credentials and transactional experience are required, as is admission to the bar in the relevant office’s jurisdiction. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $225,000 – $365,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
