Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Goffstown, New Hampshire. This travel assignment starts on 09/07/2026 and runs for several weeks with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Expect an evening shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in a long-term care setting (LTC – Nursing Home). This is a travel temporary assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the nursing team.
- Administer medications and document accurately in patient records according to policy.
- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes; report issues promptly to the care team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting safety and dignity.
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure safe medication administration practices.
- Collaborate with RNs, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.

Requirements
- Active Practical Nursing license (LPN) in New Hampshire or eligibility per state requirements; ability to provide competent care.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program; Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen as part of the hiring process.
