Build lasting customer relationships through proactive conversations supporting financial well-being Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with banking products, services, and solutions Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and make appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals Support new account openings, service requests, and credit applications Perform cash handling and teller line activities while accurately processing transactions Use and adopt digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience Deliver accurate, compliant service within defined risk controls Collaborate with branch teammates and coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or specialists Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities, including account openings and ongoing account support Requirements 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays SAFE registration required at the time of employment Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements Compliance with Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background Ability to perform cash handling and teller line activities Ability to support account openings, service requests, and credit applications Ability to follow policies and regulations and escape risk concerns Ability to use and learn digital tools and technologies Ability to collaborate with branch teammates and partners This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills through proactive engagement and discovery-driven conversations, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
