This position helps ensure our facility remains free of odors, debris, and hazards while promoting the health and well-being of everyone in our care.What You'll DoClean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facilityClean windows, mirrors, walls, handrails, and fixturesEmpty trash containers and replace linersMaintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areasFollow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelinesReport resident safety concerns promptlyMonitor and restock housekeeping suppliesProvide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staffWork independently and efficiently while maintaining high cleanliness standardsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or long-term care experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsFrequent walking, standing, bending, and reachingAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 poundsAbility to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shiftComfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environmentSchedulePart-Time Afternoon ShiftApply Today!If you are passionate about creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for others, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Roseville Care Center family!Roseville Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
