Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered primary care in our faith-based, nonprofit clinic serving underserved communities. The LPN supports providers with assessments, treatments, immunizations, care coordination, and patient education, ensuring safe, high-quality, culturally sensitive care. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications, supporting chronic disease management, documenting in the EHR, and assisting in dental and behavioral health coordination.
