What You'll Do as a Web Press Operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor web press machines according to job specifications
• Adjust press controls to maintain print quality, color accuracy, and registration
• Inspect printed materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of press equipment
• Read and follow job tickets, production schedules, and work instructions
• Accurately document production data, waste, and downtime
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

What You Need to Bring to the Web Press Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous web press or printing experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements, job tickets, and written instructions
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
