POSITION TITLE: Talent Sourcer CLASSIFICATION: Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW: ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and Engineering. ADB Companies is seeking a driven and strategic Talent Sourcer to support our Recruit team across multiple business lines and geographic markets. This role is critical to building scalable, high-quality talent pipelines—particularly for high-volume and field-based roles—as the organization continues to expand into new regions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and experienced in developing creative sourcing strategies, including outreach to trade schools and alternative talent channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer centric, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles across multiple markets Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent, with an emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Indeed job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market research Partner closely with the Recruit team to understand hiring needs across different functions and regions Manage and administer the company’s internal employee referral program to drive candidate engagement and quality hires Support partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, and community organizations to create consistent candidate pipelines Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to attract top talent Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to new and emerging markets, hard-to-fill and high-volume roles Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment Track candidate activity and pipeline health within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or CRM Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitor hiring activity Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition process Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process Contributes to the overall Group Scorecard and KPI’s to drive department success Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example and drives the philosophy of ZERO company-wide Engages in ADB’s culture pillars and encourages participation and buy-in in all pillars: Community, Wellness, Development, Inclusion Highly interdependent with other functional teams and operational groups ensuring strong relationships and collaboration to achieve overall business goals Performs other position duties when requested SUCCESS FACTORS: A strong belief in ZERO- Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation Alignment with company mission, vision, and values A high level of customer centricity Strong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals Ability to present in front of various sized audiences Highly-customer centric and master relationship builder High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Proficient with navigating and utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems WORK ENVIRONMENT: Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069 This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 2–5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-volume or field-based environments Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems) Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required The position pays up to $72,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
