Location: Richmond, VA 23219 (Serving Richmond & Surrounding 50-Mile Radius)

Pay: $2,000 – $3,000+ per week (Competitive Per-Call / Labor Rates + Material Reimbursement)

Payment Frequency: Weekly Direct Deposit

Job Type: Contract / Subcontractor (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians, HVAC Repair Technicians, and Independent HVAC Contractors to complete residential and light commercial HVAC service calls throughout Richmond, VA and surrounding areas (50-mile radius).

We are looking for skilled HVAC professionals who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning, heating, heat pump, and refrigeration systems.

   HVAC Services You Will Perform:

• Residential AC repair and troubleshooting
• Central air conditioning diagnostics and repair
• Heating system repair and maintenance
• Heat pump diagnostics and service
• Furnace repair (gas and electric)
• HVAC system inspections and tune-ups
• Refrigerant leak detection and repair
  Requirements: 
  ✔ 2+ years HVAC service or repair experience preferred
  ✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  ✔ Experience with residential HVAC systems
  ✔ EPA Certification (Universal / Type II / Type III) preferred
  ✔ HVAC license or mechanical experience is a plus
  ✔ Own HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
  ✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  ✔ Smartphone with internet access for photos and work reports
  ✔ Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Richmond, VA
  ✔ Professional communication with residents and property owners
