## DescriptionAs a Housekeeper at historic Glasbern, you play an essential role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. You will help maintain the cleanliness, beauty, and organization of our historic property while working as part of a supportive and dedicated team.If you are detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and enjoy contributing to a positive guest experience, we would love to welcome you to our housekeeping team.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds and replenishing linens and guest amenities* Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards* Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude when encountered* Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms* Handle guest items left behind in accordance with lost and found procedures* Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment (MSDS and OSHA standards)* Maintain awareness of guest satisfaction goals and contribute to improving service scores* Support overall guest satisfaction through attention to detail and teamwork* Perform additional duties as assigned by management**Ideal Candidate:*** Reliable, organized, and hardworking* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in maintaining high standards* Able to work independently and as part of a team* Committed to providing excellent service in a hospitality environmentJoin our team and be part of historic Glasbern that values quality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.## Qualifications* High School diploma preferred.* Understand and communicate in English.* Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.* Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching and use of cleaning chemicals.
