Assembly & Printing Setup Technician ($2000 Hiring Bonus!)

Manufacturing Operations

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy setting up, troubleshooting, and improving hands-on production processes? This role puts you at the center of assembly and printing operations, owning machine setups, solving technical issues, and helping deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Set up and change over assembly and printing lines to meet customer specifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues during production
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize uptime
• Tear down jobs and reset equipment for the next production run
• Partner with Quality and Production teams to ensure consistent output and compliance
• Follow Lean / 5S practices to maintain efficient, organized workspaces

Equipment & Technologies You’ll Use

• Sonic welders, hot stampers, printers, ovens, sealers
• Hand tools, grinders, soldering irons
• Pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Pallet jacks and forklifts

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Experience with assembly, printing, machining, pneumatics, or electrical systems
• Comfortable working in production environments with equipment changeovers
• Able to read instructions, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently
• Forklift experience (or willingness to certify)
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to quality and safety

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Industrial manufacturing environment
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
• PPE required (safety glasses; hearing protection where applicable)
