Assembly & Printing Setup Technician ($2000 Hiring Bonus!)

Manufacturing Operations

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy setting up, troubleshooting, and improving hands-on production processes? This role puts you at the center of assembly and printing operations, owning machine setups, solving technical issues, and helping deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

Set up and change over assembly and printing lines to meet customer specifications
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues during production
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize uptime
Tear down jobs and reset equipment for the next production run
Partner with Quality and Production teams to ensure consistent output and compliance
Follow Lean / 5S practices to maintain efficient, organized workspaces

Equipment & Technologies You’ll Use

Sonic welders, hot stampers, printers, ovens, sealers
Hand tools, grinders, soldering irons
Pneumatic and mechanical systems
Pallet jacks and forklifts

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability
Experience with assembly, printing, machining, pneumatics, or electrical systems
Comfortable working in production environments with equipment changeovers
Able to read instructions, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently
Forklift experience (or willingness to certify)
Self-motivated with a strong attention to quality and safety

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Industrial manufacturing environment
Standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
PPE required (safety glasses; hearing protection where applicable)
