This role will help improve inventory accuracy, strengthen reporting, and support the company's transition to a more sophisticated costing environment. Responsibilities Leading cost accounting and inventory initiatives Driving process improvements and strengthening reporting capabilities Partnering with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve performance Analyzing margins, labor, and product costs to identify opportunities Providing executive leadership with meaningful business insights Supporting forecasting, decision‑making, and operational efficiency initiatives Serving as a trusted extension of the finance leadership team What We're Looking For Strong manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience Ability to communicate effectively with both plant leadership and executive teams Someone who can think strategically while remaining hands‑on A problem solver who enjoys building processes and improving operations Strong business acumen and executive presence Leadership experience is helpful, but high‑potential candidates with strong influence and partnership skills will also be considered Exceptional Career Growth Potential This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure well beyond traditional accounting responsibilities.
