In-home Traveler Physician (Full-Time) - New York

Job Overview Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a full‑time Physician to provide in‑home health evaluations. The role requires extensive travel across a defined coverage area, with the possibility of overnight stays, car rentals, or flights. Physicians must hold multiple state licenses as business needs dictate. Responsibilities Travel up to 100% of the time to conduct 45‑minute in‑home visits across designated counties and states. Perform medication and medical history reviews, physical examinations, and order additional diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry when needed. Use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation; prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering current treatment regimens is not required. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, DEE). Bring empathy and a patient‑centered approach to every visit, building trusted relationships and connecting patients to appropriate care. Travel locally and within licensed states, including overnight stays, as required. Perform visits in private residences, adapting to potential allergens, pets, smoke, or other indoor conditions. Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in the coverage area(s). Ability to obtain and maintain multi‑state licenses as required. Licensed and able to cover all counties within New York and flexible to other business‑needs areas (e.g., NY, ME, MA, RI, CT). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
