Job Summary:
The Healthcare Professional, specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), will provide high-quality nursing care within a busy healthcare environment in Portland, Oregon. This role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment. Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS, HS-ACLS, or RQIACLS) required
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation; analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues; develops care plans with prescribed interventions; implements and coordinates care delivery; evaluates progress toward outcomes; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe, caring environment; provides health education; participates in discharge planning; delegates responsibilities appropriately; performs other related duties as assigned
