As the Cook, you will apply your dynamic abilities by: Preparing and serving high-quality, nourishing and properly prepared food items Ensuring resident meal choices are consistent with orders Cleaning and maintain all kitchen equipment Follow time schedules for food production/preparation and the serving of the meals The ideal candidate will possess the following: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in large food quantity preparation in a health care community Knowledge of serving of therapeutic diets and portion control Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects #J-18808-Ljbffr
