You'll perform a wide range of diagnostic procedures with accuracy and precision, operate and maintain lab instruments, and support physicians and clinical staff with timely, trustworthy results. You'll help uphold quality control measures and safety protocols, and may also assist in mentoring newer technologists or lab trainees if that's a path you're drawn to.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, and either current ASCP certification or eligibility to obtain it. A strong foundation in lab procedures, comfort with digital reporting systems, and the ability to stay focused and clear-headed under pressure are all essential. But beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who brings calm confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning no matter how long they've been in the field.
