Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional standards in performance, customer service, and team leadership. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong organizational and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Retail Store Manager will play a key role in driving operational success while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
Lead, motivate, and support store staff to achieve performance goals
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional manner
Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and operational metrics
