Pay $18 - $23 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education. Shift & Schedule Day shift Work Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 AM - 4 PM; Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM. Breaks: (not counted as work hours) 60-minute meal break on Tuesday and Thursday 30-minute break on Saturday Requirements Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental assistant with 1+ years of practice High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to learn and grow in a dental practice setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Preferences Previous experience as a dental assistant Familiarity with dental office operations and procedures Bilingual abilities Job Description Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized work environment Take and develop dental x-rays (training provided if needed) Support patients by offering comfort and explaining procedures Manage appointment scheduling and update patient records as directed Assist with various front office and back office tasks as needed Jobly Bonus $45 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Hiring Process A recruiter will contact you to schedule an interview Interview Job offer *The average time from application to job offer is about one week to one month.
