I am partnered with a well-established practice in Ashland, Kentucky seeking a permanent Orthodontics Dentist to join their team and care for a loyal, established patient base. Position Details

• Full-time opportunity
• Schedule is flexible and typically consists of 3 clinical days per week , with time split between both locations
• Approximately 6–7 doctor days per month at each office
• Schedule rotates between Ashland and Portsmouth based on patient demand
• Non-clinical/admin days are typically Mondays and Thursdays
• Doctor will have flexibility to help determine their clinical schedule

Practice Setup

• Ashland: 8 operatories
• Portsmouth: 8 operatories
• 5 dental assistants across the practices
• 1 Treatment Coordinator
• Established support team with dedicated practice leadership
• Orthodontist will have input during the hiring process

Technology

• iTero scanners
• i-CAT CBCT in both locations
• 3D printers in both offices
• Digital orthodontic workflows
• Intraoral images available through iTero scans
• Extraoral photography available via SD card

Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treatment plan orthodontic cases
• Select appropriate treatment plans and appliances
• Prescribe Invisalign treatment
• Oversee patient care throughout treatment
• Collaborate with the existing clinical and administrative team
