Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and regular maintenance and repair on all college HVAC , Plumbing and Electrical systems. B. Ability to do trade related mathematics. C. Must be ability to effectively communicate with other trades. D. Make diagnostic decisions. E. Ability to read and update electrical and control diagrams. F. Must keep up to date on E.P.A. regulations and practices to remain in compliance with refrigerant recovery and reclaiming safe storage Clean Air Act. G. Valid driver’s license is required. Required experience A. Experience in use of trade related equipment. B. Minimum of 2-3 years general maintenance experience. Required educational background A. Documented job-related training or experience. B. High school diploma or equivalent.
