The Role As part of the Estates and Campus Services Maintenance team you will work autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for staff and students throughout all University buildings. The role requires you to ensure that all works are carried out efficiently and are compliant with university procedures and statutory legislation. You will participate in out‑of‑hours call‑out and late cover rota for electrical issues. The working pattern for this post is Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30. This position is on‑site only; hybrid working is not supported. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on the week commencing 22 June 2026.
