We are seeking a Game Controller / Game Console Repair technician to diagnose, repair, and test gaming controllers and consoles, with a primary focus on battery and charging repairs. The role includes full diagnostic consultations, repair intake, customer updates, and thorough documentation to ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform controller diagnostics, with emphasis on battery and charging issues.
- Replace damaged or defective components.
- Complete soldering and circuit board repairs.
- Perform firmware updates and use diagnostic software.
- Test parts and repaired devices for proper operation.
- Conduct quality inspections before returning equipment.
- Provide full diagnostic consultations and manage repair intake.
- Document repairs and provide customers with status updates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronics troubleshooting experience.
- Circuit board repair experience.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software.
- Strong attention to detail.
