Position / Specialty RN CVICU Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out) Years of experience REQ: 1-2 Years Open Heart ICU experience with ventilator management required First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles) Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's Special Requirements: Experience with Swans, IABP, Impella, Hemodynamics and post heart recovery; EPIC experience.
