About the Role
This position serves as a key financial and operational advisory seat for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare technology organization experiencing ~30% year-over-year organic growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership in a 100% remote setting, the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance will build out the strategic finance function from the ground up.


Unlike traditional FP&A roles focused on routine budget maintenance, this position concentrates on high-visibility project-based work, value-creation initiatives, complex scenario modeling, and enterprise-level decision support.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis & Modeling: Lead project-based financial analyses, develop multi-variable business cases, and build financial models to evaluate new growth initiatives, investments, and operational enhancements.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with operations, product development, technology, and executive teams to align strategic priorities with financial performance.
  
  
• Executive Decision Support: Prepare actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to guide VP-level and executive decision-making.
  
  
• Process & Framework Development: Establish new frameworks, tools, and performance metrics from the ground up to support rapid scaling.
  
  
• Project Ownership: Independently manage strategic initiatives from inception through execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity portfolio operations.
  
  
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities paired with analytical acumen and sound business judgment.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience communicating financial insights to senior stakeholders and influencing executive leadership.
  
  
• Self-starter mindset with comfort managing ambiguity, leading project-based workflows, and taking ownership of multi-faceted assignments.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000+ per year (commensurate with experience). Occasional travel to HQ in Florida.
  
  
• Additional Compensation: 15% discretionary bonus.
  
  
• Work Location: 100% Remote (willing to work CST or EST standard hours).
