In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging physicians to negotiating offers and closing placements. What You’ll Do Source and recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for permanent positions Proactively build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital sourcing tools Develop strong relationships with physicians, healthcare organizations, and hiring managers Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure clinical and cultural fit Track activity and performance using ATS/CRM systems Meet and exceed individual production and revenue goals What We’re Looking For 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or sales experience (healthcare recruiting preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to build trust and close deals Self-starter with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume pipeline Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, gathering contact details online, and CRM/ATS tools Bonus Points If You Have Physician or healthcare recruiting experience Knowledge of medical specialties and healthcare hiring trends Background in a commission-driven environment What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Health insurance and flex time Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Why Join Us?
