Job Title: TIG Welder
Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of TIG welding experience in a custom fabrication environment.
• Proven experience working with thin-gauge sheet metal, typically 16 to 14 gauge.
• Ability to weld carbon steel and potentially stainless steel components.
• Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret prints and layouts accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to perform layout, tacking, and welding of seams with precision.
• High level of proficiency using a tape measure and verifying dimensions accurately.
• Hands-on experience in metal fabricating, including working with sheet metal and ductwork.
• Solid overall welding experience, including prior MIG welding ability.
• Comfort operating common fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, grinders, rollers, saws, plasma cutters, drills, and related equipment.
• Willingness and ability to work 11-12 hour shifts, typically starting at 5:00 a.m.
• No formal welding certifications required, but strong practical skills and experience are essential.

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
