Mancan Staffing is seeking motivated and skilled General Laborers to join our team in St. Clairsville, Ohio. As a General Laborer, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in the service and installation of residential and commercial garage doors, as well as garage door openers. You will be utilizing power tools, taking measurements, and performing various tasks related to carpentry. The position requires candidates to have carpentry skills and experience in using power tools and measurements effectively. Additionally, you must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing various tasks. Dependability and the ability to work well with others are essential traits for this role. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with dayshift hours, and the starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Upon permanent hire, this company offers a significant raise, health insurance for only $59 per pay, and an IRA 401K with a 3% match.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the service and installation of residential and commercial garage doors.
Support the service and installation of garage door openers.
Utilize carpentry skills and experience to perform tasks effectively.
Operate power tools and take accurate measurements to complete installation and service jobs.
Collect and verify payments upon completion of service or installation.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of service trucks and the parts room.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Be physically capable of performing tasks, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Complete DOT physical requirements, as the position involves working with DOT vehicles.
Demonstrate a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
Be flexible to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and customer demands.

Requirements:
Must possess carpentry skills and experience to perform installation and service tasks.
Ability to pass a drug screen, with random testing to follow as per company policy.
Must be able to fulfill DOT physical requirements due to the use of DOT vehicles.
Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
Physical capability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and conducting physically demanding activities.
Dependability and reliability are essential for this position.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude when working with others.
Willingness to work dayshift shift hours and overtime as required.
