mainValley Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center is a 5 Star rated Skilled Nursing Facility located in beautiful Castro Valley, CA. We are currently in need of a front desk receptionist who can assist with administrative duties and help provide a warm and friendly environment for visitor, patients and staff.ScheduleOn CallPay: $18 to $19 DOEThe receptionist role is extremely important to our facility. This position helps ensure operations run smoothly by answering phone calls and coordinating administrative duties.Duties include, but are not limited to:Ensuring all visitors are warmly greeted and attended toAnswering phone calls and directing those calls to the correct department.Screening all visitors and staff before entering the facility.Helping coordinate administrative functions and communicating any issues or concerns promptly.Maintain visitor sign-in logSchedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookingsProvide general administrative and clerical supportHandle incoming and outgoing mailAgree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such informationThe ideal candidate for this position is friendly, organized, a strong communicator, and a problem solver.Preferred Qualifications:Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basicknowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multiline phone system.Please submit a resume to be considered.
