Travel Operating Room Technician - Nashville, TN

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
• Days will vary weekly based on operational needs; block scheduling not available
• Late stays may be required as per unit needs
• Orientation available: 6/22, 6/29, 7/6, 7/13 (Please note: no orientation the weeks of 6/8, 6/15)

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist: NBSTA Certification required (must be on file)
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Strong background in thoracic and vascular surgery cases
• Proficiency in endovascular procedures, both in circulating and scrub roles
• Experience with cases including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant, robotic, hybrid, burn, and hepatic-biliary
• Adult-only patient care (no pediatrics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert scrub and circulating support on a high-acuity thoracic/vascular team
• Adapt to a flexible schedule and take late cases as needed
• Float between operating rooms as operational needs dictate
• Deliver safe, patient-focused care in a Level 1 trauma, 1000+ bed setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
