Brickyard Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. The LPN will provide hands-on clinical care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation in support of quality outcomes and resident well-being. Working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, you’ll partner with RNs, therapists, and support staff to implement care plans, support rehabilitation goals, and promote safety and dignity. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and advancement across our Indiana locations.
