What this job involves: Support financial operations for established client portfolio through comprehensive administrative and analytical functions within JLL's global finance framework.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Managing financial transactions between JLL and external suppliers, including processing payments and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Assisting with critical month-end and period-end closing procedures, which are essential for accurate financial reporting
- Overseeing monthly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Maintain invoice trackers and cashbooks that allow proper financial record-keeping
- Assist with records reconciliation to ensure accurate and balanced across different systems and accounts
- Providing timely and efficient support for financial inquiries and resolving discrepancies
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
- Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required.
- Positive, motivated, and flexible approach to changing work demands and priorities
- Quick learning ability with genuine desire for professional development and skill enhancement
- Previous exposure to supplier management, month-end procedures, or financial reconciliation processes preferred but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Systematic, process-driven approach to work with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with JDE E1 and/or SAP financial systems is highly advantageous
