Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?We are looking for a commercially driven, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to redefine TeamViewer’s SMB business across our portfolio. We have a strong global footprint, and a real opportunity to strengthen growth across our SMB customer base. You will own the strategy and deliver sustainable growth across free users, first-time buyers, and growing teams; this means connecting product experience, pricing, packaging, lifecycle engagement, and sales-assisted motions into one journey.Your north star: help more small businesses discover value quickly, stay successful with TeamViewer, and grow with us over time.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the SMB product growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.Optimize self-service experiences, including free, trial, and entry-level offerings.Own the product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities using customer insights, analytics, and business impact.Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to drive product-led and sales-assisted growth.Validate and launch new SMB product opportunities from concept through scale.Lead cross-functional execution and champion SMB customer needs across the business.RequirementsProduct management experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, subscriptions, e-commerce, or similar digital businesses.Proven success improving growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.Strong analytical skills, including experience with pricing, funnels, experimentation, and customer insights.Experience building self-service customer journeys and supporting revenue growth initiatives.Track record of launching new products or features from discovery through execution.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.What we offerCompetitive compensation and bonusesFlexible PTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchingComprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverageUp to 12 weeks of Parental LeaveBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paidQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetingsOpen door policy and business casual dress codeWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
