Pathway Review Lead

Salary: $61,028.8 - 62,628.8 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a bachelors degree or higher, or five years of experience in a transportation-related management role.
• Experience in transportation and paratransit is preferred.
• We require a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, proof of insurance, and personal transportation.
• We need strong proficiency with Word and Excel.

• We work closely with the Program Manager on all Pathway Review matters, including policies and program updates.
• We research trip routing using maps and bus schedules to determine whether fixed-route travel may be possible based on the riders condition.
• We compile data for monthly reports and individual case records.
• We carry out desktop and field review work as Mobility Specialists.
• We review Standing Ride Requests before sending them to the Scheduling Department.
• We supervise other Pathway Review team members and assign desktop and field review tasks.
• We answer questions from Mobility Specialists about policies and procedures.
• We make sure work is completed promptly and oversee the successful finish of assigned tasks.
• We update policies and procedure documents when directed by the Program Manager.
• We provide requested performance reports to the Program Manager.
• We coordinate with the Outreach Coordinator on potential clients for travel training.
• We support the Outreach Coordinator and Transit Instructors with clients referred for training after a fixed-route option is identified.
• We communicate with the Metro King County Paratransit Certification & Eligibility Department about client reviews, ADA questions, and other assigned projects.
• We share our Pathway Review knowledge as ambassadors for the Transit Options Program.

We are MV Transportation and we are seeking a Pathway Review Lead to support Conditional Eligible Riders through eligibility reviews that consider conditions, mobility aids, and ADA requirements. We work closely with the Program Manager, Outreach Coordinator, and outside partners while also handling questions and supporting monthly and quarterly reporting. The starting pay is $29.36 to $30.11 per hour, and we offer healthcare coverage, retirement benefits including a 401k and union pension, paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave, and referral bonuses.
