Ideal candidates will have:

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date)
• Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative school-based therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning climates
