Monitor Technician Night Supervisor - Virtual Care Center (Onsite F/T Nights)

Responsibilities The supervisor will assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and personnel. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and functions as a monitor technician in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties as delegated by the manager/director. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details Education: High school diploma/GED Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Licensure & Experience Experience: Minimum 5 years of monitor technician experience strongly preferred. Will consider previous healthcare and/or leadership experience in lieu of direct monitor technician experience. Certifications: CRAT certification within 1 year of hire/promotion. Other: Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities; basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
