Job Summary We are hiring full‑time and part‑time housekeepers at the Springfield, Illinois location. This position offers opportunities to travel to sister hotels and a competitive hourly wage of $17.15 to $25.16, depending on experience, skills, and education. Location 3180 S. Dirksen Parkway – Springfield, Illinois 62703 Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms to the hotel’s high standards, including vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any issues. Provide guests with linens, towels, amenities, or requested information. Perform housekeeping duties in public areas, laundry, and other tasks as needed. Work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Deliver courteous, timely service to guests and support a positive work environment. Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting hourly pay of $17.15–$25.16 per hour. Quarterly bonus up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results. Paid time off. Hotel discounts and free room nights.
